The Jelq exercise has long been associated with making your penis longer and stronger, but finding information on how to do this technique is often difficult. Fortunately, it’s actually a very simple exercise to do to extend your penis, and requires you do a set of important things in order to grow your penis.
What Is The Jelq Exericse & Where Is It From?
Jelqing — also known as ‘milking’ for its similarity to when farmers milk their cows — is where you take your index finger & thumb & make them into an “OK sign”. In simple terms, Jelqing is best described as masturbation but only in one direction. It’s meant to push all the muscle, blood and nutrients to the end of your penis, encouraging growth and more power. Many men have used this free and easy technique to add several inches onto the length of their penis.
The origins of this simple and effective exercise are not known, but early records state that ancient Arabian men used Jelqing to grow their penises to a staggaring 20 inches long! How To Jelq
Jelqing requires several “steps” in order to get the maximum effects out of this exercise. It’s not okay to just wake up one monring and use it…. you need to take certain steps & measures in order to achieve the most amount of success from this technique:
Step 1 – Apply Lubrication
You need to lubricate your entire penis before even attempting to try the Jelq technique. The best jelq lubricants are water-based and oil-based. Do not use any type of lotion or soap, as they often cause severe irritation and itching of the penis. Good water-based lubricants are KY Jelly and Astroglide. The best oil lubricant is baby oil.
Make sure you apply a generous amount of lubrication to the penis, in order to prevent any damage from friction or other problems. You really need to make sure that your hand moves as smoothly up the shaft as possible. Remember, you’re going to be gripping the penis firmly, so you need to take that into account.
Step 2 – Massage The Penis To Achieve A Semi-Erection
In order to Jelq properly, you need to be able to achieve a semi-erection. This is where you do not get a full erection, but are about 75% erect. Think about “getting hard” as a scale of 0% – 100%, where completely flaccid is 0% and “just about to come” is 100%. You want to get about 75% hard to Jelq.
I will leave you to your own devices to achieve this state of erection, but it’s important that you get into it. Because the way that Jelqing works is to use the blood inside the penis to extend it. And when you get hard, there’s a lot of blood stored in there to move.
Step 3 – Perform The Jelq Exercise
Once you have lubricated the penis, and have achieved a state of semi-erection, it’s time to start to perform the Jelq technique:
1. With either hand, use your thumb and pointer finger to create an OK-grip around the base of your penis. Place the grip as close to the pubic bone as possible.
2. Apply pressure to the grip and slowly move it up the penis. The ideal jelquing pressure is one that does not hurt, but effectively forces blood up the penis.
3. Stop the grip directly before it reaches your glans (do not jeql your glans). You have completed one jelq. Each jelq should take approximately 2 to 3 seconds.
You should repeat this process for about 30 individual jelqs
Step 4 – Make Sure You Don’t Come OR Get “Too Hard”
One of the biggest mistakes many men make is to Jelq so much that it over-stimulates them and leads them to orgasm. This is very bad and will ruin any jelqing you are doing. This technique only works if you have a big blood flow inside the penis; and “letting it all out” will automatically retract the blood from the organ.
You should also try and prevent yourself from getting too hard whilst doing the technique. If you feel yourself getting stiffer, then it’s time to take a break or leave the routine for today.
After you’ve been doing this routine for about a week, you’ll start to see some minor gains / changes. After a month, you should really start to see some more girth and more length being added to the penis and after about 2-3 months of daily jelqing, you could expect to grow your penis by as much as 2-3 inches.
